When choosing a wrestling club, look for a coaching staff that cares about your athletes success on and off the mat. NLWC has a list of coach’s that devote hours of time week after week.

As a feeder for the high school at Liberty High, we practice and train in the same wrestling room. High school athletes make special appearances throughout the season.

Trophies, wall-charts, and medals will fill your athletes room, but they will pale in comparison to the friendships and love for the sport of wrestling they will gain. Join NLWC and earn more than just a medal.

Advanced Athletes will be selected by invitation from the coaches after the first week of practice. Parents, please sign your child up and pay the intermediate fee. When you athlete is selected to the Advanced group, the remaining balance will be due.

New for 2025/26 season, our advanced athletes will have access to Hudl; a sport technology service that allows parents to upload video of matches for coaches, athletes, and parents to review. A competitive edge for our athletes.

New for 2025/26 season, our advanced athletes will have access to Wednesday practices that will have Eastern Iowa Wrestling Club coaches and athletes in the room at Liberty. EIWC coaches include Kolby Franklin, Nelson Brands, and Terry Brands.
